THE MAIN STUDIOS
The Main Studios form the core of La Catedral Studios, with bright and spacious private studios defined by their heritage industrial character and generous proportions. Natural light pours in through large original arched windows, shaping a working atmosphere that is both open and grounded.
This area comprises a series of private studio spaces with doors, offering artists a strong sense of independence within a well-established and continuous working setting. The interiors are well ventilated throughout, with pinewood flooring adding warmth and cohesion across the space.
The Front Loft retains the architectural identity of the building while supporting a focused and sustained studio practice. The space also includes a workshop, along with a shared sitting area and kitchen, ornamented by a distinctive round heritage window, that contribute to the everyday rhythm of the studio.
The Main Studios host a kaleidoscope of established artists working across different media, from photography and fine art to textile-based practices, echoing the building’s past life as a clothing factory.
Balancing autonomy with proximity, the Main Studios are particularly suited to artists seeking stability, consistency and long-term engagement within the wider ecosystem of La Catedral Studios.
